Long Overdue UPDATE
Over the past eight months, my wife and I had twins, both Whiskey bands recorded new albums (release dates TBD), Kip Fox released This Dust, Travis Aicklen (who is a pastor) moved his church to a brand-new building, and one of my lifelong friends is getting into concert promotion and band management on the East Coast under the Romanced umbrella (more on that later). While I wanted to just pull the plug on Romanced during this past season, something always comes up and I don’t. Mainly, I really like doing it. Now that our twins are sleeping through the night, I’m more rested and have more time.
So, everyone is looking to play shows around their new albums so be checking their website, Facebooks, etc..
It’s going to be a great summer.
More shoes on kids…

Please welcome our new addition…
Three Shows, Two Days
Well…it was more like 2.5 shows in two days.
The Red Devil Lounge was our first stop on Thursday night. It was our first time there, along with 49 Special and the Steve Pile Band. The MVP of the night was Barrett, the sound man.

Friday afternoon, the guys played a FREE SHOW at Cafe Azul in Santa Rosa, CA. After roughly a 30-minute set, we had it call it quits to go scour for Landon’s insulin which he left in the park. Thank you, Santa Rosa PD for returning it.

Lastly, it was a special treat to play at a rad place like Sophia’s Thai Kitchen in Davis, CA with It’s True and The Parson Red Heads. Everyone at the venue was super nice and great to work with. I want to go back…right now.

Sold out at Bottom of the Hill!
The Whiskey boys were fortunate to get a Friday night slot of Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco. They played with The Heligoats and Clem Snide. The place was packed- SOLD OUT!
